Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM noon
Late arrivals are accepted until midnight. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability.
Identification & Age Requirements
- Minimum check-in age is 18 years.
- Indian nationals must present a valid photo ID (Aadhaar, driver’s license, or voter card).
- Foreign guests must provide a passport and valid visa at check-in.
Deposit & Payment
- A refundable damage deposit may be collected at check-in.
- Major credit cards are accepted. Cash payment is also available.
Children & Extra Beds
- Children of all ages are welcome.
- Extra beds or cribs may be available for select room types, with additional charges.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed, including service animals.
Smoking Policy
- This is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the hotel building.
Wi-Fi & Devices
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in rooms and public areas.
- Each guest account supports up to two devices.
