The staff was friendly, the room was OK, location was suitable for us. We appreciated the clean rooms, the good housekeeping, the wifi and the facilities . The price-quality ratio, at Mumbai level, was good. There are no reasons for complains. We will definitively choose this hotel next time.

The location, The Bakery. These are the two main reasons I stay at this hotel. The biriyani at this hotel has been famous for many years, but for me, the mutton and chicken puffs at the bakery are things that make this place special.

Hussain, Priyanka and Sachin, all at the reception, need a special mention as they went out their way to help as opposed to Sanjay also at the reception did not want to help at all, in fact we gave up contacting reception while he was on duty. Rooftop bar was lovely too.
